Due to administrative costs, we do not contract with any insurance companies nor submit for reimbursement directly. We encourage you to contact your insurance company prior to your initial consultation to find out if the visit may be covered. For many insurance plans you will need a referral from a physician with a diagnosis to utilize your benefits.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. After the initial visit, clients may select monthly automatic payments using a credit card.
We offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on financial need. Each registered dietitian maintains her own schedule of sliding scale appointments and can discuss current availability with you directly by telephone or email.
Please call or email your clinician directly to reschedule or cancel an appointment (contact information below). You will be charged the full fee for any appointment cancelled less than 48 hours in advance.
Office Location - San Francisco
The office is located at 3608 Sacramento Street, between Locust and Spruce Streets near Laurel Village. SF Bus Line 1 stops about two blocks away at Spruce and California Streets. Street parking on Sacramento can be congested and the meters run a maximum of one hour. Two and three hour street parking is available north of the office beginning with Clay Street and extending to Jackson Street. Please give yourself ample time to park and walk to the office.

The office is located at 21 Tamal Vista Blvd., Suite 208. We are located just north of The Town Center Mall in Corte Madera.
